Noura Rouissi works within the EU Delegation to the U.K. in London, where she leads on Transport and Fisheries matters. She was part of the European Commission UK Task Force, negotiating the transport parts of the EU-UK TCA. Noura worked extensively on EU aviation policy within the European Commission, notably on airlines’ licences, airport regulations, ICAO matters, air passenger rights. She holds a Master degree in EU Law (University of Bordeaux) and an LL.M. degree in Air & Space Law (University of Leiden).

Meiltje de Groot has been CEO of Groningen Airport Eelde since January 2021. She graduated from Groningen University in 1991 in Economics & Finance and has a long career in the aviation sector, including 12,5 years at Schiphol, 7 years of being the director of Twente Airport and 9 years as a director of Teuge International Airport. She is the founder of two organizations in the field of sustainable aviation and electric flying in the Netherlands. She is chairman of the Association of Dutch Airports (of which Schiphol is also a participant) and of the Economic Board of the Northern Netherlands.
Anna Stukas is a professional engineer with over two decades experience bridging the gap between technology and business to overcome barriers to cleantech commercialization. She currently leads a variety of our partnering and business development efforts, with a focus on the aviation ecosystem. Ms. Stukas previously worked with Angstrom Power and BIC developing hydrogen and fuel cell technologies, where her responsibilities spanned IP and licensing strategy, product safety, and international regulatory development, including at the United Nations and International Civil Aviation Organization. Ms. Stukas currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Greater Vancouver Board of Trade, and of Science World.
