Gatwick Airport
Mark Edwards is the Head of Sustainability at London Gatwick, the UK’s second largest airport. Since Mark joining in 2022, London Gatwick has achieved Level 4+ of the ACI Airport Carbon Accreditation scheme; committed £250m to achieve net zero (Scope 1 and 2) by 2030; and issued a €750m sustainability-linked bond. Mark is the chair of the Airports UK Sustainability Steering Group and sits on the ACI World Environment Standing Committee.
