Simon is a sustainable aviation and airport specialist at Ricardo with 16 years’ experience working in sustainability including the last 7 years focus in aviation. Simon has worked extensively with airports, airlines and handling agents. He coordinates the Ricardo aviation services across multiple disciplines, whether that is carbon, air quality, energy transition or SAF. He is focussing his time on the most significant material impacts that airports and airlines have on the environment. As climate risk impacts operations more, Simon has supported clients to understand the impacts on them and to help with their ESG disclosures. Simon is an active member of the BAG Sustainability working group and the Airports UK sustainability group.
