Harry Armstrong is Head of Sustainability at the UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), leading the evolution and implementation of the CAA’s sustainability strategy. Prior to joining the CAA he was Director for Environment, Sustainability and Innovation at Ofwat, the economic regulator for the water sector in England and Wales. Over his career he has worked internationally on a wide range of sustainability and innovation policy areas, including the energy system transformation, AI and development of novel innovation-friendly approaches to regulation with regulators in the UK, Canada, EU and Malaysia.
